The epistemological context of the oral communication in English is approached with professionals purposes by means of a study of the investigations carried out by some interested authors in the topic, taking into account the insufficient development of talkative resources in foreign languages regarding the cultural professional training, what limits an efficient linguistic reconstruction in the professional diversity of the university context. This problem is manifested in the teaching-learning process of foreign languages with professional purposes and its dynamics, which allows that the singular theoretical elements are exposed in the oral communication in English
