Abstract

A descriptive, longitudinal and prospective study to describe the progress of the 86 patients treated with 99 single nonimmediate implants of early immediate load (Leader Implus), placed on healed bone in "Mártires del Moncada" Teaching Provincial Stomatological Clinic was carried out in Santiago de Cuba, during February, 2014 to September, 2015. In the case material there was a prevalence of the females aged 40-49 and 30-39. The most implanted anatomical region was the anterior maxillar, as long as the most unfavorable approaches were: the inadequate oral hygiene, the selected dimension of the implant and the nonfulfillment of the stomatological indications.
