Background: The aging is a normal process of changes that involves the soft tissue and facial bony structures, caused by intrinsic physiologic factors and extrinsic factors like the orthodontics treatment. Objective: To show the effects of the teeth extractions in the facial tissue thatindicate facial aging. Case presentation: 28 years old feminine patient of europoide ethnic group, with antecedents of having orthodontics treatment with serial extractions. Data of clinical variables and mensuration is shown in the front plane, profile and the smile, on pictures that indicate the quick process of facial aging. Conclusions: When we make procedures with early teeth extractions, they can accelerate this process, if it is not kept in mind that the changes that happen to the therapy resemble each other to those of the normal aging. As long as, excellent results were observed when concluding the treatment, although they can express aged faces through the pass of years.
