Abstract
PACHECO HERNANDEZ, Pedro et al. Suction microlysimetry of Poinsettia (Flor de Pascua) in three substrates in greenhouse. RIHA [online]. 2014, vol.35, n.3, pp.109-119. ISSN 1680-0338.
Greenhouse's real evapotranspiration of poinsettia (Euphorbia pulcherrima Willd. ex Klotzsch) or «Flor de Pascua» was measured using porous capsules suction microlysimeters, in 15-cm diameter polyethylene pots filled with three substrates consisting of: plant leaf-litter/tezontle/coconut fiber, plant leaf-litter/tezontle/agrolita/coconut fiber and coconut fiber/plant leaf-litter/agrolita and using balance microlysimeters filled with substrate plant leaf-litter/tezontle/coconut fiber. In 12 of 22 compared variables, there was no significant difference (Color of bracte, Chlorophyll, diameter of flower, firmness of stem, fresh and dry weight of root, and dry weight of stem and flower). There were no differences between treatments. An equation was obtained for the water consumption depending on the week passed after the transplant.
