Every society conforms the kind of education demanded by its proper development being, at the same time, its product. In the context of the current society that assumption reaches a remarkable connotation, being more significant and necessary in the Cuban Health System, where the future human resources are continuously and permanently formed in the proper working environment. Therefore, all the before said implies that interdependence between social development and high education quality demands greater levels of consolidation and with that, preoccupations and efforts for conceiving, organizing and performing in an effective way a high education of excellence, in correspondence with the growing and dynamic necessities of the country and the world nowadays, where the student reaches a higher professional motivation in the curriculum fulfillment, being that way a leading tendency of the teenager´s behavior and personality. From there the importance of this being the leading thread of our institutional performance for fulfilling the social assignment of rendering the society a professional able to affronting the scientific, technical, cultural and social problems with competence, both in the national and in the international fields, on the bases of the purest values of the Cuban natural and cultural identity. The aim of this work is assessing the theoretical content of the theme with the experience accumulated by the authors of more than 25 years playing educative roles in teaching medical sciences.
