Abstract

Social networks are the set of people or individuals with some relationship or common interest through a means of communication. It aims to strengthen ideological political work from social networks, to permanently expose the experience and achievements of public health, to spread the truth and to respond to the different provocations and lies that some are trying to expose about Cuba, both in the plane Political, economic and social, as well as on issues related to health from the Cuban medical university. The use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) for access to social networks currently substantially transforms the ways in which they learn, teach, communicate and work. In this context, access to social networks in the Branch of Medical Sciences Mayarí is a strength in making this, the workers and students, a very useful tool to disseminate the activities that are carried out in the territory and beyond, Our truth and countering the lies they try to introduce against our country. Therefore it was a valuable resource to reinforce ideological political work and the values ​​of students of Medical Sciences.
