The valuable component has always been present in the medical activity, just as it evidences it. Through the history of the medicine. In the antiquity the doctor-philosophers judged the illness like deviation of the norm and the health like balance, harmony or isonomy of forces of the humid thing, the dry thing, the cold thing, the hot thing, etc. Later in medicine, notably influenced by the positivist philosophy. It is leaned toward the concrete and observable thing, being centered in biological processes of the organism. Today, the bioethic stedies the haman values related with life and health. The medical axiology is a discipline that systematizes the values that base the medical activity, strating from a synthesis of the knowledge that integrates the scientific interconnection of the medical sciences, the ethical thing (regulation of the relationship doctor-patient- community) and the valuable of the cultural aspect. Their main categories: value and valuation, they are defined in connection with the necessities of health. These last one constitute the group of objective demands whose satisfaction depends on the excellent operation of the human biology, the human psyche and the man´s social life. The medical valuation is e complex subjetive process where the doctor participates as subject of the valuation and patient as integrity and the quialityu of the medical care like object of the valuable reflection. It is based in the medical practice and this keeps a narrow relationship with the experience of the physicians system of values of the ledical profession: It is compound by moral, cognisable and cultural values that guide the sesce and orientation of the medical activity, at the sane time they regulate the relationship doctor- patient- community positively
