Abstract

It is meditated on the hermeneutics like alternative in the development of the clinical Medical Ethics. If the positivism, ignored the atmosphere full of values that characterize any human relationship, included the therapists with their patients: the style of the biothical thought. It locates that the scientific thing is only possible if is closely related with gnoseology and axiologyu. Both are moments of a porocxess, that rehabilitates the paper of the traditions, prejudices, intuitions and present symbols in all personal communication. The interpretation of menings travels for roads that go beyond the emotional identification among the human beings. It is tried to enlarge the understanding ofscientific rationality from the hermeneutics perspective to complement to the logical focus in the focus of the subjective intencionality so important in any relationship
