Abstract

A meta analysis was carried out with the objective of revising all the investigations carried out in the different editions of the Master's in degree Natural and Traditional Medicine in Medical University “Carlos J. Finlay” constituting our universe 84 clinical research which were revised. The procedure applied was the Diagnostic test put together the results of the primary studies, the data of the variables were analysed keeping in mind the established norms for the conduction of a randomised clinical research. In the first revised research the position of the problem is not treated correctly standing out the definition of the problem object of study negatively. An appropriate use of the Bibliography exists. In the material and method we find problem in: treatment and description of adverse events, although the tests were not clear enough the objectives are completely fulfilled in the analysis and interpretation of the results and in the conclusions. When calculating OR most it reached in the evaluation of the models and statistical procedures inclusion approaches
