Abstract

The education in human values is the most important aspect in social development, that demands the necessary educational orientation of teachers and students in different directions or dimensions of the formative process of the last ones. This work is guided to show the dialectical relationship between the educational orientation, seen in several of its dimensions, and the education in human values as the central objective of the educational process in school centers, and the formative process defined by the social policy of the state. The authors try to demonstrate how the process of educating in human values needs of an educational orientation and vice versa and, besides, the cooperation of the educational agents according to their working area. It is only possible to educate in human values through a correct educational orientation, what imposes the preparation of those who are implied in its application. The treatment of the problem is fundamentally theoretical and emphasizes in the preparation of the educational agents to approach the activity
