Through Enrique Pichón Riviere ´ s bond theory we intend to reseve a totalising vision about the flight of the clinical method from the main formation sceneries. A bad roll of the clinical method comes from a resistance to the deposit. This asseveration, realized after analysing how the object relationships are given in the internal field among doctor and patient, it allows us to understand why the clinical method is not applied. The rest of the explanation announced until this moment are excluded to the external field of the relationship
