Abstract

Since ancient times men showed interest in knowing about the secrets of the inside of the human body, but only at the end of the XIX Century, when X-rays were discovered, doctors could observe it in alive patients. Trough the work we make an analysis of the evolution of the medical imaginology and its interrelation with important advances of the molecular and genetic sciences that have helped so much in the coming forth and development of the molecular imaginology, its tools and applications as much for the precocious illnesses detection as to monitor of the therapeutic effectiveness, we also analyse this bioethics implications since, as well as all human activity, occurs in a socio-economic context characterized by inequality, besides the potential risks that it involves for humanity, that is why the education of suppliers of health services, patients and public is required, being this our main objective.
