Being able of making medical choices is an essential skill for those who have received a Doctor of Medicine Degree. This article presents a system of teaching tasks aimed at training such skills in medicine students. The essential content of the article is divided into four parts. The first one outlines the general structure of the teaching task, the second one presents the elaborated task system, the third one describes the didactic moments for the implementation of the tasks system and, finally, the fourth one shows some additional methodological considerations. The system of teaching tasks to train the skill of making medical choices in medicine students has been conceived as a knowledge that can undergo changes and corrections arising from criticism and its own process of implementation.
