Abstract

With the purpose to apply in docency of pre and post graduates, the present work analyzes the disparity and inequity in today’s asymmetric world. It explains the internationally intensified capitalists relations, the excluding character of the neo liberal globalization and the international corporation’s objective about the increasing accumulation of wealth. Coming from these factors, the causes of no access to medications of a great part of mankind, not even to essential medications are well explained. It is underlined the importance of generic medications as well as the opposition of international pharmaceutical corporations to its production in underdeveloped countries setting back the monopoly of the patents, with the withstand of the OMC to property and intellectual rights (ADPIC/TRIPS) to keep unaccesible high prices to medications to third world countries. It is approached the influence that above these factors, has the social system, the predominant ideology, the ideas that lead scientific investigation, public health and medications production. It is also pointed out the social consequences of these international corporations and the prohibitive monopolies about prices , the need that other principles direct this area and the importance of a bioethical approach about it.
