50 years old ,female who suffrered haematuria and lost weight is presented. Several tests are perfomed including abdominal ultrasonographic test in which a tumoral mass in vesical region are noted . The patient was not surgered due to bad evolution and fast death. Surgical specimen for biopsy was sent to Anatomy pathology deparment. The diagnosis was an infrecuent vesical tumor as well as the lower incidence in the literature. I think that the most important goal is finding as soon as possible the necessary tools that just may us to diagnose them at time.
