Abstract

This article presents research results obtained by the authors in the modeling of the performance indicators of the operation of biomass gasification facilities with helped by non-linear regression techniques, based on the classification of the information derived from the systemic analysis of the operation of these facilities. Some bibliographical studies of the previous research works are carried out, linked to the mathematical modeling of these facilities by the different techniques reflected in the specialized literature. A 3 N experimental plan is made with three replicas, from which four non-linear regression models, corresponding to the respective performance indicators, are elaborated using models linearization techniques, with satisfactory results from their evaluation based on the regression coefficients and standard errors foreichhornia crassipes, oryza sativa and wood, used as biomass. The experimental installation and the acquired data acquisition system are described.
