Abstract

This paper addresses the current technological advances in the development of facilities for the testing and approval electrical vehicles batteries. Also, the main aspects for the design this kind of laboratory were analyzed with the objective in the near future in Cuba we will build it. Likewise, the most applied techniques and procedures in the world related with diagnosis and certification of electric vehicles batteries were studied.Based on these studies, the safety requirements and the equipment required for made the tests of those batteries were also considerate where the rough acquisition cost and the potential for the implementation in the country was estimated.The results of the investigation demonstrate the benefits of the implementation of this kind battery labs would be achieved, based on the profits it will generate by its use in the country.
