Abstract

The transference of technologies from the university to the company is aimed at increasing the levels of production and services that the present-day society demands, and for that purpose it needs more integration of the knowledge. This research is based in a study of the transactional descriptive type in which the benefits that comes from the transference of technologies from the university to the company focused on the valuable networks are exposed. The main results include the construction of theoretical definitions that helps to understand and to appraise the importance of the use of valuable networks like a mechanism that contributes to the elevation of the knowledge of the actors of the linkage. Finally, it is provided a model for the development of the valuable network in the transference of technologies University-Company, the general procedure that permits its materialization and a sample of results attained with the implementation.
