In this work we describe the Strategic Management model based on the Risks Management for the Integrated Management System of the Corporation, and its holder's procedures: the general procedure, the diagnostic procedure, and the integrated risk management procedure. We develop the application of this model in two corporations (service and production), establishing new strategic projections, defining political risk prevention. We identify, analyze and evaluate of the value chains risks. Also we develop an integrated analysis of this risks, making on strategic program that permit to the management System of the corporations which are under study to go on in the strategic way with a major external and internal integration of its process. With the application of this model we can introduce new patterns of behavior in the process of management in the corporation which are analyzed, taking into account risk a management's focus
