Abstract

With the purpose of improving the distribution process and he/she surrenders of the final products, of the companies of popular and solidary economy (EPS) of the city of Riobamba, an investigation of market of documental type has been developed and of field. For this it was used observation records that were applied to 286 neighborhood stores, he/she interviewed to the proprietors of this stores and it was interviewed 680 clients of these business. The results of the investigation are good fundamentally to know the characteristics that should have the sale points to the detail that you/they will be selected as Popular Stores (TP) and that they will pass to form part of the project of the commercialization net and production of the EPS that it takes the national institute of popular and solidary economy ahead IEPS. It has also been determined the strategic areas in which the TP will be located that will be part of the project and the distribution type was determined to use; in this case it will be the exclusive distribution, for that which an indirect distribution channel will be used, in which the producers will take their products to a logistical operator and from the which they will be distributed each one from the sale points to the public. Finally the investigation concludes with the design of the pattern of geoposicionamiento administration, which demanded the application of the software ArcGIS that allowed the automation of the shortest and efficient routes, with the purpose of optimizing resources during the process of commercial distribution. It is recommended to implement stores with the purpose of to achieve a total covering of the market and to improve the positioning of quality on the products of the EPS in the Ecuador.
