This investigation analyzes the existent relationship between the Sexual Division of Work and the characteristics of the Social Relationships at Work through the study of a group of 20 pensioners that act as informal remunerated domestic workers in the District No.72 of the Popular Council Alamar, and its employers. The results allow an approach to the complexities of that kind of activities in Cuba, starting from their analysis from both a sociological and gender perspective.
