Abstract

The research is focused on the studies of the main economic and sociopsychological regularities in the permanent Spaniard residents known by the Cuban laws, taking into account its main characteristics through a study case in Havana, from 2011 to 2016.

The analysis was mode by different areas and searching fields, choosing the social, psychological, economic, juridical, migratory, cultural and statistics whit the purpose to know the behavior and also the characteristics of the community.

Due to the updating of legal norms, the economic and social model of the country and the change in immigration policy, the main features of the researched category have been modified in terms of its composition, structure and capacity to develop economic activities. This situation has generated an impact on Cuban society and has accelerated the process of transculturation. It has been identified the tendency to the progressive increasing of Spaniard immigration in Cuba.
