An analysis from the gender perspective of adolescent fertility research results is carried out with the objective of contributing to a more comprehensive view of the phenomenon that allows reflection on it. Arguments are exposed that reveal the gap in the exercise of sexual and reproductive rights of adolescent women, its link with gender-based violence and the conditions that arise from the family and the couple relationship.
