Abstract

The population's aging of the structure for ages stems from a low fertility's combination, mortality and migrations. This demographic behavior causes impact at different sectors of social life and of more particular way in the family, where for the most part, a modification of his structure and of the roles out of every one of the members of the same happens. Due to the importance of this phenomenon, in present it investigation accomplished to the family's theme an approach as of the present moment and his aging. Besides, Holguín examined the aging of the population himself in the provinces, proving that the more province aged of the Orient is Cuban. In addition, it took place to the conclusion that the aged must continue developing his family activities, independently of his labor link, in dependence of his preferences and status of health, that they not limit his routine of life, that they make to feel useful; And that communication is essential for that members of the family obey his roles without affecting the aged.
