The need for the new teacher of Laboring Education subject is prominently important in the current educational rhetoric, especially with the technological development and the construction of a new education. This paper presents the work of the Labor Education professor to achieve from its social mission an essential relationship among school - family - community, based on the conception of the construction process, using various recycled materials, articles of social utility are built into the workshop, reaching the most appropriate link between theory and practice, responding to the needs of the community, receiving support from family, recognizing himself as a social subject and to act in the social circumstances in which he lives.
