Abstract
SERRANO RUGEL, Bladimir Homero and GARZON MONTEALEGRE, Víctor Javier. Study of the decrease of the sales of Farmicentro MM Drugstore through the simulation of discrete events. Conrado [online]. 2019, vol.15, n.67, pp. 38-44. Epub June 02, 2019. ISSN 1990-8644.
Daily activities developed at FARMICENTRO MM, sales sites were simulating according to the implementation of a conceptual model of discrete events implemented in the Software Ape 8 Academic Edition, with the purpose of identifying the factor that significantly affects the decreasing of sales. Results allowed making systematic decisions in the business. The model was validating applying the Black box method. In addition, the results made possible to determine that the average times of customer service at sales sites, are statistically approximate to those of the system according to the calculation of confidence intervals through the T-Student test with a significance level of 2.5%.
