Abstract

Small and medium enterprises are a fundamental factor in the national economy, being great generators of employment and reactivating markets, that is why they must give vital importance to their analysis to find mechanisms that allow them to adapt to innovations in all their organizational areas, looking for business growth and with competitiveness. The methodology used in this research is documentary, made through the systematic study of different documents and scientific articles related to the use of neurolinguistic programming as a managerial support tool, to obtain competitiveness in small and medium enterprises. This research is linked to the Research Project: Proposals for improvements for the internal business competitiveness of MIPYMES in the province of El Oro; developed by the Metropolitan University of Machala.
