The teaching work is a priority in the Higher Education formative process. The leading professor of each academic year is the responsible for establishing the necessary strategies to deal with. In order to face the challenges that the new context implies, it is necessary to investigate how to give away with this problem. This paper shows the systematization of theories related to the teaching work of the leading professor in the academic year. It also proposes some theoretical and practical elements based on the experience of the Spanish-Literature program that can be taken into account to develop other educative strategies.
