Currently one can not think of the relevant training of a teacher without the presence of technologies. Its implementation in educational spaces requires professionals endowed with methodologies, skills and abilities that facilitate their use for learning and apprehension of knowledge. The present descriptive study of type bibliographic review has the objective of analyzing the importance of Learning and Knowledge Technologies (TAC) from the perspective of teacher training, systematized through the methods of scientific research: hermeneutic, analytical-synthetic and historical-logical Among the main findings are: TACs are Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) used as teaching tools. The methodological proposals and training modalities are still insufficient to convert these technologies into true learning and knowledge resources. Teacher training must be reformulated and based on constructivist methodologies, aimed at achieving a professional with the necessary skills to incorporate the TAC consciously into their pedagogical practice
