The worl distransformed vertiginously and enormous impacts on the universities’ misión have this dynamism; in the countries developing the optimization of the teaching-learning process seems to be the solution to attain the necessary development. These countries were subdued to the colonialism and they were affected for internal fights and civil wars, for that reason they need a development accelerated of professionals. On the teaching-learning process investigations tha thandle different aspects exist, but the authors present in this work that this process of he must be intentional from the university's direction. This process's conception must be made of with the participation the cloister and the universityd irection's distinct factors.
