This research is part of the experience of the author in initial education for over thirty years and responds to the scientific problem: how contribute to continuing training of teachers in the preschool learning "learning to coexist"? It aims to: propose a methodological strategy of training aimed at the preparation of teachers of the municipality school 8 b, Maturin ll sector for the development of the basic learning "learning to coexist" in the educational process of the pre-school stage, where the prepared teacher, with humanist sense, plays a central role that favors social transformations, committed to the revolutionary thought. In the literature review were taken regarding historical on continuing education of these teachers, the particularities of the basic learning to "learn to coexist" in the pre-school stage, the requirements for the direction of the educational process for this development. A study on the preparation of teachers allowed the determination of regularities about the current state of lifelong learning and potentialities, which can lead to the achievement of social transformations in children as these regularities have access to elaborate a methodological strategy through methods and procedures. The practical theoretical contribution lies in the preparation of these teachers through training sessions: table work, collective training and self-preparation related to the topic.
