The inclusive university faces and responds to the diversity of the needs of all students with greater participation in learning and based on a common vision and the conviction that it is the responsibility of the educational system. The formation of values in inclusive universities has recently gained a marked interest, in line with the systematic deepening of the teaching-educational work that is carried out at this level of education in Ecuador. In the research an educational model for the formation of values was elaborated through an inclusive and humanistic approach to favor the integral development of the students. To achieve this purpose, researchers articulated the methodology of scientific research through qualitative and quantitative approaches. Using for them the methods and techniques of the theoretical and empirical level. The contribution lies in an educational model for the formation of values aimed at university students. This model is based on a humanistic and inclusive approach, with consideration of the state, institutional context and policies of Higher Education in Ecuador.
