Abstract

SANTANA LOPEZ, Sonia Yaneht. Evaluation practices in the program of administration in safety and health at work. Conrado [online]. 2019, vol.15, n.69, pp. 146-153.  Epub Sep 02, 2019. ISSN 1990-8644.

In the article, the learning environments and the conceptions of the evaluative practices themselves are analyzed. In Colombia, different studies have been carried out related to the subject of research, therefore; it is very important to contextualize the evaluation process to the needs of the UNIMINUTO Virtual and Distance student. In accordance with the above, it was possible to demonstrate that within the teaching practice, permanent change strategies are designed, which contribute to the evaluation and pedagogical process proper, emphasizing that the use of tools such as ICT are fundamental when it comes to providing feedback to students; however, these are influenced by teachers' conceptions or traditional evaluative approach, in the actual feedback. Thus, it is evident that the evaluation of learning is a topic of permanent discussion in the educational field, so it is significant to consider that, in practice, teachers exercise strategies that generate different types of interaction with students.

Keywords : Evaluation of learning; evaluative concepts and practices; learning environments; evaluation functions; evaluation strategies.
