The objective of this article is to offer criteria and indicators for the evaluation of the Resource Centers for Learning and Research (CRAI) in Higher Education. A study was made of several websites of different CRAI, in the United Kingdom, the United States, Spain and Chile. It was analyzed and emphasized in each of the services that coincided in these Resource Centers for Learning. The services mentioned in the work are concurrent. So, when evaluating these centers, they must integrate these services. Each university can implement a CRAI tailored to their needs and possibilities. It is not a matter of big expenses, costs or investments, but rather of organizational decisions aimed at improving the quality of services in the learning environment.
