Abstract

The professional practices in Social Work are exposed in the present article from the research process, with the objective of analyzing the social, academic and labor impact generated by the intervention of Social Workers in training, during their professional practices. It was carried out from Materials and methods, typical of qualitative research, with a discriminative sampling type and a population of 15 practice fields, the semi-structured interview and the instrument was used as a technique, as the main result is obtained is 100% of the institutions, recognize the Integral approach and generates social transformations in the populations served. It concludes: the offered program is relevant in the region since it meets the needs of the context according to its occupational profile, a discussion arises, when inquiring which ones with the new methods that emerge from the professional performance, from the dynamics of the institutions.
