Abstract

The text presented has the objective of socializing reflections from theoretical and methodological positions around the case study as a methodology for teaching Civil Law, with emphasis on the Civil Code, a normative document that is used as teaching-learning material. For this, bibliographic review, statistical and theoretical triangulation methods were used; as well as interview and questionnaire techniques. As a result, theoretical and methodological reflections and considerations are obtained; as well as the perception of teachers and students about the method under analysis and its importance for the practical training of future legal professionals in the Civil Law branch.
