This research aims to analyze the management of conflicts and school mediation carried out by students of the Bachelor of Science in Education as a tool for the development of a Culture of Peace in a public University. Interest arose to address this issue from the observation of conflicts that arise in classrooms based on the interrelationships that result in the daily practices of students. For this investigation mediation is taken as a tool that promotes the Culture of Peace through the peaceful resolution of conflicts where the people in dispute together with a neutral third party, reach agreements in a positive and collaborative way. A mixed methodology was used, which allowed the combination of techniques such as the questionnaire and focus groups, under which the dimensions of conflict, mediation and Culture of Peace were reviewed, discussed and constructed. It was found that the conflicts that occur most frequently in the school space are values, interests and information, so work on the development of harmonic coexistence among students.
