LIMACHE SANDOVAL, Elmer; CHOQUE APAZA, Clemente Vidal and PIAGGIO CANIVILLO, Miguel. The information management in the learning of statistics. Conrado [online]. 2020, vol.16, n.72, pp. 222-233. Epub Feb 02, 2020. ISSN 1990-8644.
In higher education it is found that students show inadequacies in the learning of Statistics, a situation that has effects throughout their professional career, so the objective is to develop a methodological strategy based on the dynamics of the Information management in a B-Learning educational model to raise statistical knowledge and skills in higher education students. An investigation has been developed from a quantitative perspective through a quasi-experimental design with a control group, getting to design and validate the strategy contained in a didactic guide. Empirical results indicate that there is a significant positive correlation between information management and student grades in the Statistics, Inference and Predictive Methods courses, the relationship through regression Notes = 10.041 + 1.2737 GI, confirming that B-Learning, Constructivism and Information Management are important factors in the proposed model and contribute to the learning of Statistics.
