The advances of science and technology change the dynamics, forcing to transform the formative action to act in the new social, cultural, political and economic environments, in these scenarios of human cohabitation, educational paradigms are modified. The continuous formation of the adult educator must be framed in proposals that allow him to exercise his role with differential and disciplinary pedagogical ability to assume the approach of science, technology and society as a triad that requires his permanent learning in the environments of technoscience as a way of mobilizing the scientific and technological in the knowledge society. This article focuses its interest on a reflexive approach to the imperative to promote a continuous formation of adult educators so that they assume their role and minimize inequality through the circulation of scientific knowledge that make visible to all in the knowledge society from a few ethical postures, technological knowledges that recognize them as individuals within the framework of human nature, and social knowledge in the pursuit of a better quality of life in the exercise of responsible citizenship with others and contexts.
