Abstract

The national education system faces new challenges, whose protagonists are the teachers because of their decisive role in the formation of the personality of the students. In order to achieve higher objectives in its preparation, research is carried out to solve the problem: how to contribute to the preparation of teachers at the primary level, for the attention of students with behavioral disorders? The study of the theory and the diagnostic verification required the application of the methods: analytical-synthetic, inductive-deductive and modeling; as well as observation, interview and survey. The problem gives rise to the objective: to guide teachers at the primary level, regarding the attention to students with behavior disorders, with emphasis on the formation of a personality that allows them to act according to the demands of society. The results are evidenced in the quality of the class and its intentionality towards the achievement of modes of action that are specified in the formation of behavior habits, values and feelings; as well as in the interest in the study, the relations with their peers and adults and the formation of a personality according to the principles of society.
