LOZANO CHAGUAY, Silvia del Carmen; ROBLEDOS GALEAS, Ronald Alain  and  ROBLEDOS GALEAS, Sany Sofía. Neuropsychology as needed referent to understand human behavior. Conrado [online]. 2020, vol.16, n.73, pp. 201-206.  Epub Apr 02, 2020. ISSN 1990-8644.

The development of neuropsychology in recent years has revealed the biological basis of behavior. Above all, by unveiling the synergies that underlie the relationship among the brain, cognitive processes and emotions and, at the same time, the understanding of how these influence the interactions that human beings establish in the social world is broadened. The objective of this analysis, from the approach of some authors, justifies the purpose of identifying the structures and systems that should be taken as a necessary reference to understand human behavior.

Keywords : Neuropsychology; human behavior; cognitive processes.
