Virtual communities have been studied and disseminated both in theoretical and practical levels. The current world obtains the benefits that come with the use of communication through telematic platforms that offer different services that work in a network, fundamentally, with didactic intentionality in the training of education professionals in the area of Information Technology; which has caused that the learning and its classifications stand out by the dialogue and collaboration as mediators of the fluid communication by the users participating in a virtual community. A reflexive analysis that deepens the relationship of the theoretical elements of the teaching-learning process that are classified within the teacher-student interaction and collaborative and dialogic learning in Cuban university contexts is a necessity.
