Training in Ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility has become an emerging need for universities, conditioning the research problem How to contribute from the pedagogical sciences to the comprehensive training of postmodern professionals in the areas of Ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility? The objective is: To design a comprehensive training model for professionals in the areas of Ethics and Social Responsibility, for the construction of transformative leadership in the management of postmodern companies. The analytical - synthetic, inductive - deductive, modeling, as well as pedagogical methods used to ensure the modeled training processes were used as methods. As a result, the Training Model for professional competencies in Ethics and Social Responsibility for the postmodern entrepreneur is presented.
