Having passed a program in mathematics in high school and being in some level of higher education, should enable to solve totally or partially, one of the most complicated problems that has been proposed to the human being, as it is to preserve our own health. This research paper aims to demonstrate that the correct application of mathematics to the health context should make us healthy, preventing our organism from acquiring a large number of pathologies that we could acquire by not having a good mathematical control of our cholesterol, glucose and other levels, leaving out of this solution what by inheritance we have already acquired. Moreover, in this mathematical solution to the health problem, the possibility of saving money is latent, since the economic reality that Ecuador is going through in all its systems deserves it.
