Abstract

GRADAILLE RAMAS, Elizabeth  and  GRADAILLE MARTIN, Luis Alberto. Labor practice and couple tutoring in pedagogical careers in two Latin American universities. Conrado [online]. 2020, vol.16, n.75, pp. 280-283.  Epub Aug 02, 2020. ISSN 1990-8644.

Peer tutoring is a way to organize cooperative learning. It consists of forming pairs of students who have partially asymmetric relationships; one who guides and is responsible for teaching, while the other reinforces his learning, acquires new knowledge, improves his adaptability and his study methods, with the help of a person close in age. The experiences acquired during several years of work in two universities in Latin American countries are exposed in this article whose objective is to encourage university professors to organize this type of tutoring during the work practice of their students.

Keywords : Work practice; tutoring of pairs and students.
