This article is about university professor activity here various transformations are presented. These transformations are relating with world changes. This view is a part of a research that is going on by this Institution with the proposal of creates a theoretical and methodological view of the professor formation with an integral model. The methods of investigation utilized were theoretical and systematization of others researches that widen this idea. On the other hands, it is analyzed different positions of good university professor models and it is evaluated the necessity of reconceptualized that model because it disagree with today risks.
