Abstract

This article aimed to determine the relation between organizational learning and productivity in the public educational institutions of the Tambopata district. The research approach was quantitative, non-experimental type and the design was cross-sectional descriptive correlational. The population was made up of all the directive, educational and auxiliary personnel that work in the educational institutions that are in the district of Tambopata and the sample by 123 workers, amount found through non-probabilistic sampling according to the investigator's judgment. The data collection instruments to evaluate the organizational learning variable was the Organizational Learning Questionnaire and to evaluate productivity, the Productivity Questionnaire. The results found indicate that there is statistically moderate positive correlation between the study variables. Spearman's rho correlation coefficient is 0.492 with a confidence level below the level of significance (p = 0.000 <0.05). Finally, it is concluded that the more adequate organizational learning is in public educational institutions, the higher its productivity level and vice versa.
