Abstract

The development of training experiences with university teachers has become quite a complex problem regarding the management of human talent in the area of teaching, which is why the objective of the research is to develop methodological workshops as a teacher training strategy. professional to empower the professors of the Universidad Regional Autónoma de Los Andes, Quevedo in the use of pedagogical tools in active methodologies. During the investigation, various methods were used, including: the analytical-synthetic, the inductive-deductive, modeling, systemic, participant observation, interview and documentary analysis. The result is located in the Management Strategy of Methodological Workshops for the professional teacher training of the academic faculty at the University.
