The objective of the research is to design a strategy for the axiological training of the jurist in the practice of the profession, a qualitative-quantitative methodological approach was used, based on deficiencies found in the axiological training of the jurist in relation to the resolution of Legal matters processed in the exercise of the profession, significant results are demonstrated with the proposed strategy by allowing the perfection of the jurist's axiological training from a process of self-preparation in the legal performance itself from the qualitative assessment of the results obtained in this context, revealing a progressive evolution towards higher levels, by promoting in the jurist participation in the appropriation of the axiological content in the context of professional performance.
