Abstract

The abilities of organizational communication skills are an important aspect in the work performance of graduates of the Bachelor of Accounting and Finance, having to transmit information on economic and financial results of companies, to internal and external users thereof. This research is derived from the foregoing, which aims to contribute through a training strategy to enhance its preparation, consolidating skills that meet the requirements of the world of work in which they are inserted. The research consisted of three stages, aimed at diagnosing the training, programming and execution needs of the activities designed and evaluation. For the qualitative evaluation of the changes that took place after its application, different methods and techniques were used, such as: surveys, questionnaires, observation, as well as others typical of science, from which results the relevance and feasibility of the same, as part of the transfer of postgraduate knowledge to strengthen the University - Company link.
